What is a light, delicious smoothie?

What is a smoothie I can make with no more than 200 calories per serving and has basic ingredients like:
bananas
blueberries
strawberries
milk/juice
yogurt
etc.
I do not like sour or tart smoothies, but more sweet ones. If you could help that would be great!

A list here for you:
Use only one or two friuts, probably bananas and blueberries because there better for you, also use more milk if you dont like sour smoothies.
