    Combine plain yogurt with frozen or fresh strawberries, a banana, a splash or orange juice, and ice. Blend until smooth.

    1 cup frozen strawberries
    1 cup frozen banana cubes
    1 cup pineapple juice — or more if needed
    2 tablespoons cream of coconut
    1 dash grenadine
    garnish: ripe strawberries

    Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Add more pineapple
    juice if needed. Serve immediately.

    Strawberry Banana Smoothie :

    8 ounces crushed ice
    1 ounce strawberry juice
    4 strawberries
    1/2 banana
    11 ounces plain nonfat frozen yogurt (or less according to taste…)
    Fusion Boosters (ginseng, bee pollen, multivitimin, ginko biloba, lecithin, and/or soy protein)

    how to:
    – Blend 15 to 20 seconds, use a spatula to remove the thick and creamy smoothie from the blender.


    Basic Strawberry Banana Smoothie :

    4 large strawberries, fresh or frozen
    1/2 c. milk
    1 ripe banana
    5 ice cubes
    1 1/2 tsp sugar (opt.)

    how to:
    – Combine strawberries, milk and ice. Blend until perfectly smooth. Add sugar. Blend for 1 minute.


    Tasty Strawberry Banana Smoothie :

    1 cup lowfat vanilla yogurt
    1 fresh banana
    1 6oz can pineapple juice
    1 cup sliced frozen bananas
    1 cup frozen strawberries
    1 Tbs. honey
    small amount of milk, if desired
    straws ;)

    how to:
    ** In order to have the sliced frozen bananas available to you at any time, purchase fresh bananas at the grocery store. Once home, peel them, slice them and put them into a freezer bag. Freeze them and simply pull them out of the freezer as necessary. Replenish them often, and you will always be ready for you next smoothie…!!

    – In a blender, add the yogurt, the fresh banana, the pineapple juice, and the frozen bananas.
    Blend well to liquify the ingredients together.

    – Add the frozen strawberries and the honey, continue blending. The mixture will be very thick. If desired, add a small amount of milk to make the smoothie less thick.

    – The smoothie is now ready to pour into 3 large glasses. Yes,3… have someone over or save the rest in the fridge till next time!
    Add a straw to the smoothies to make it even more enjoyable.

    Blend in Blender until smooth:
    1/2 Banana (frozen or not)
    1 Cup Strawberries (frozen or not)
    1 Cup Skim Milk or Soy Milk
    1 Tbs. Whey Protein Powder
    1 Tbs. Superfood Supplement (Blue green algae)

    This makes 6, but you can divide the amount of each ingredient by 6 to get a recipe that will serve for 1.
