Well I use two different ones. One is more of a milkshake but its really yummy ;)

    1) Bannas, Orange Juice, Ice.
    2)Bananas, milk, vanilla ice cream.

Also you can replace any fruit with them I really like using berries :D

I make a banana smoothie (kinda more like a milkshake I guess) in my blender, I add about half the blender of milk, 2-3 bananas, about 2 tablespoons honey, vanilla or strawberry yoghurt, a light sprinkle of cinnamon and two scoops of ice-cream. It turns out very creamy and makes enough for 2 people to have a glass or 2 each!!!

I have also heard of people making banana smoothies out of just milk and peeled frozen bananas…apparently is very creamy that way.

    milk
    frozen bananas
    and vanilla protein powder

simple, but good, and healthy too!

I always just throw random stuff in a blender and taste test it. If you peel and freeze a ripe banana, add a strawberry yogurt (you can freeze that too, if you’d like) and ice, it works pretty well. I like blending a chocolate slim-fast shake with frozen bananas, too. Experiment. Blenders are fun.

How about this banana nut smoothie:

    2 (15-ounce) servings

    Ingredients:

    3/4 cup plain soy milk
    1/2 cup silken tofu
1/2 cup chopped walnuts, toasted in a 350°F oven for 5 minutes
    1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    Pinch of ground nutmeg
    2 frozen, sliced large bananas

    Directions:

Combine soy milk, tofu, walnuts, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a blender. Blend on high speed until nuts are puréed and mixture is smooth.
Add bananas and blend on high speed again until bananas are puréed and mixture is smooth. Serve immediately.

You can always substitute pecans or almonds for walnuts, the site below has an awesome selection of nuts that I use for cooking and baking.

    Enjoy!
