    My favorite has to be a smoothie with strawberries, bananas, and cocunut

    for a good smoothie, you want to get some fresh or frozen strawberries, fresh bananas and some fruit juice, milk and ice cubes.

    Put the strawberries, bananas, juice and milk in a blender and mix it well. add ice and blend it more until the ice chunks are gone..

    Serve. Makes are really good icy drink. and they are good for you too.

    Chocolate and orange! just put about a quarter cup hersheys syrup, one cup of ice, and two oranges. Then just blend it all together in a blender. =)

    well i like a strawberry or strawberry/banana smoothie. for 1 large serving about 16 oz i use about 5-6 large strawberries, u can add a banana if u like or not, some crushed ice, about a half cup of milk (more to make it more liquidy or less to make it thicker) a scoop or two of vanilla or vanilla bean ice cream and 2 tablespoons of sugar(more or less for your taste). blend it up til the ice is gone. u can play with the recipe a bit it still comes out tasty everytime no matter how u tweek it. have fun

    Orange Julius
    -3 oz. frozen orange juice
    -1/2 cup milk
    -1/2 cup water
    -3/4 tsp. vanilla extract
    -1/4 cup sugar
    -6 ice cubes
    put in blender, and blend well. Try this, very good and refreshing!!

    i like smoothies with strawberries and bananas made with ice and orange juice

    Strawberry daqueri’s are also really good

    blueberry banana smoothie, add Carnation milk and ice, a little soy optional…
