The frozen yogurt will make it more like a milkshake, which is what I’d prefer. I’d put the frozen yogurt, your choice of fruit and some milk in a blender and mix it up. If it’s too thin, add more frozen yogurt. If it’s too thick, add more milk.

Personally, I put everything in my smoothies. Yogurt, milk, juice, strawberries, cantaloupe, mangoes, peaches, any fruit I can find. Just have fun with it!

Use a cup of water and not the milk. Add all the berries and yogurt. To make it really good freeze the fruits so you don’t have to add ice to the drink. I make my smoothies like this everyday and it’s never a fail.

My favorite way to make smoothies is to freeze the fruit first. I usually just fill my cup up about 2/3 of the way with frozen fruit (anything and everything is great!) and then add a small container of yogurt and enough juice to cover all of the fruit. Then just blend and enjoy! You could use milk too, I just prefer juice and I make myself one this way for breakfast every morning.

When you freeze the fruit, cut it into smaller pieces first (half the strawberries and slice the peaches) so that it is easier to blend. Also, spread it out on a cookie sheet and freeze it overnight, then put it in a bag or another airtight container-this will keep it from all sticking together so you can use a little bit at a time. The frozen fruit will also keep a lot longer than fresh fruit, so you won’t have to be in a hurry to finish it before it spoils!

Frozen yogurt and ice. Then it will be thick and creamy. You can even add some juice too if you have it.
