Yummy Coconut Milk Smoothie : Smoothie Smoothies Recipes

Yummy Coconut Milk Smoothie

Category: Uncategorized

You will love this quick, delicious and most of all healthy smoothie! Nina shows you how easy and fun this can be!

Other fruits may be substituted and ice can be used in place of yogurt if you have a lactose issue…or, you can use a soy product in place of the dairy yogurt. :)

You will need:
1 cup coconut milk
1 cut plain low-fat yogurt
2 tablespoons honey
10 ounces frozen fruit (berries were my choice)
3 medium ripened bananas

blender…

That is all you will need!

Hello jprithvi, well, I used a store brand plain low-fat yogurt. I used honey to avoid any sourness. I hope this helps! :0)

im Low carb so i will replace the low-fat yogurt with full fat,and lower the amount of bananas…This sounds really tasty.

Hi llam89, I used -Thai Kitchen- brand coconut milk. It had a solid chunk in it also, but I broke it up with a whisk. :)Thanks!
